Another favorite restaurant on our daily lunch rotation at the office is Tender Greens. We go there at least once a week. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu: all the food is completely organic and fresh. They offer up some fun salad specials every day, which is how I ended up with this awesome Stone Fruit Salad. It was composed of grilled peaches, hazelnuts, baby spinach, and balsamic vinaigrette. (There was supposed to be goat cheese too but I just had them leave that off.) T'was so summery and good!!!
